Dessert Soups

One of our favourite categories! The Chinese have this amazing and diverse repertoire of dessert soups in both hot and cold. There are so many interesting and unique variations of traditional Chinese dessert soups to try, so we encourage you to do just that. Try them all!

A majority of Chinese dessert soups are quick boils and use a variety of fruits, seeds, and minimal herbs, primarily the sweeter ones.  While there are some of the traditional desserts made, with modern soup drinkers, there are more fused and creative ways to spice up the desserts!
