Getting Started with Chinese Soups…

One of the most common questions I get when I share my journey in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese soups is:

What am I drinking?
What are these strange ingredients my parents (or grandparents) used in soups?
Where can I buy these ingredients?
Which ones are best for a certain condition or weather?

Well, here’s a quick video to help you get started on the most basic of Chinese soup ingredients.  I keep these in my pantry all year-long and use at least 1 or 2 of them in each soup!  Must-haves to get you started on your way!
